Rolfing is for everyone and for all ages. Till date, my youngest client was 5 months old, and my oldest client was 86 years old. Rolfing is for people who feel healthy or sick, for people close or far from their ideal body weight, for women, for men.
Rolfing is especially recommended for physical uncomfortability such as:

- acute pain
- muscle disorder
- stiffness
- headache
- Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

- the detection of chronic compensations of the body
